Glitz City is a formerly floating, now underwater town where rich people fund The War while distancing themselves from its destruction. It is best known for the Pitty Glitz, a soldier training arena run by Mr. Mr. Prosecutor Grubba.
History[]
The world's richest men, in hopes of making money off the war, built Glitz City as a place to fund fighting efforts and reap the profits from behind the scenes. In addition, they often take their families there to relax and watch the war for their own enjoyment. Glitz City is also home to a small population of poor people who are training at the Pitty Glitz to become soldiers. These, too, are a source of entertainment for the city's richer citizens.
During the events of Section 3, Glitz City starts falling out of the sky. It is unclear exactly when this begins, but it must be some time before God Browser appears-- Browser warns, "Do you know the city? It falls!" By the end of the section, Glitz City has fallen into the ocean and becomes an underwater city from then on.
During Section 4, Glitz City falls to a Communist revolution led by the Glitzville Sale Store, a unsuccessful yet highly generous store whose owner will "give you everything he wants for 10 cents". Said owner later becomes the Glitzville Secretary General and sells cheap clothing.

Cake is a highly popular delicacy in Glitz City-- everyone seems to love it. Grubba even encourages his trainees to fight by promising that "There will be cake!"
