Energy Hit, or It's Strong in Book of Mario 64, is a Medal and battle option in Book of Mario: Thousands of Doors and its prequel. As a Medal, it costs 2 BP to equip, and it provides Mario with the attack of the same name. Its description serves as a demonstration of how multiple Medals of the same variety may be equipped to improve the ability of the Medal, while also raising the FP cost of the move (if the Medal grants access to a move).

It is given to Mario by Honesty Professor Caesar Reality, though it can also be rarely dropped by some enemies, including Turns. In Book of Mario 64, it is found inside the Construction Tunnels, though it's only obtainable after Mario gets the Super Hammer. As an attack, it deals 3-4 damage to the foremost enemy, so long as it is not flying.
